Booking Cancellation
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or official communication
- Cancellation will be processed as per the terms agreed at the time of booking
Refund Terms
- Booking amount or token money may be non-refundable, unless otherwise mentioned in the booking agreement
- If a refund is applicable, it will be processed after deducting administrative and processing charges
- Refunds, if approved, will be credited within 7–15 working days
No Cancellation
- Once the agreement is signed or possession-related processes have started, cancellation may not be permitted
Changes to Policy
Pranshi Project reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
