SPACIA is a large-scale residential complex featuring 6 towers (G+12) with a total of 449 apartments in configurations of 3 BHK and 4 BHK. The project emphasizes extra-large living spaces, with most apartments being 3-side open and having no shared walls. It includes a podium garden, multiple levels of amenities, and a hyper-retail arena. The design focuses on green living and is aligned with Indian Green Building Council (IGBC) guidelines for sustainability.
